Our main trips and monthly meetings have concluded for the 2024-2025 Season.  Keep in touch and look for email and FaceBook page updates as we explore Summer Happy Hour and other events to get together in the off season.

Next year's trips are shaping up quickly.  We are aiming to have 4-5 offerings next season.

Out West Trip to Heavenly - Margaritaville S. Lake Tahoe  now available for sign up and deposits.

Winter Park Colorado Jan 2026 - Jan 10-17 is now available for sign up and deposits.

Park City, Utah Feb 15-22 2026 is now available for sign up and deposits.
 
If you were at February meeting, you heard about the sign up process for trips for next season.  Going forward, You will need to have an active (current) membership to sign up via the website when the trips are announced and posted.  Current active members are on a renewal cycle of September 1 so you are good. Existing members will get an automated email renewal reminder 30 days before. 

If you are new or considering joining, you can use the contact us form (Membership Director) or add yourself to the mailing list and we will get you signed up early for next season.  There will be a grace period of up to 6 months for joining early - so you are just effectively signing up early for next season to be ready for when sign ups for next year begin later this year.

Note regarding trip payments.  Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in the event of trip cancellation / deposit refund situations.  Credit card payments are preferred.  If you choose cash/check - please make arrangements with each trip's Trip Director about getting the payment to them.  Once you pay a deposit via credit card or cash/check - you must stay with that payment method for other payments to keep simplify cash/check discount processing.
